We are seeking to appoint a service-focused and experienced Technology Trainer to join our Perth office on a full-time basis. This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and will include:
Providing instructor led classroom training to groups and individuals;
Assisting staff both by phone and in person;
Supporting and advising our staff, including problem solving assistance; across a range of identified areas.
The successful candidate should be fully competent in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and be able to provide problem-solving assistance, support and advice to our staff, as well as train and facilitate new programs.
