Job Responsibilities

Responsible for BROMINE and FES (Feed enrichment system) plant mechanical maintenance that includes machinery, utilities equipment, spares maintenance etc.

Follow the engineer instructions for PVDF, FRP and PTFE, Fire Fighting system, acid plant and Chlorine charging plant’s machinery related maintenance.

Attend Troubleshoot and Repair Malfunctioning Systems of process unit.

Responsible to repair or assemble of Motors, pumps, rotating equipment, Cranes Maintenance, machinery parts, Fabricating, assembling, and disassembling metal parts and tools.

Responsible for Preventive Maintenance Activity, Reduce Brake Down time, Equipment’s Health Condition Improve by Proactive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring Activity.

Daily perform in regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, daily checkpoints etc.

Basic knowledge of reading the drawings and instruction of caution

Perform schedule wise maintenance and maintain Pumps, Washery plant equipment and basic idea of machine modification.

Follow safety standards, Permits, safety instruction, engineer instruction and proper reports while performing duty.
