Work with the BU and Sales team to develop local eSSD business engagement strategies and tactics, and drive Micron Datacenter SSD awareness in Asia.
Drive eSSD business in the Region (China and Taiwan) to meet quarterly/yearly business targets. Responsibilities include business development, revenue generation, forecast management, market analysis, and price negotiation.
Analyze the competitive landscape and communicate and position Micron Datacenter products effectively against the competition at customers.
Establish a deep understanding of the storage market’s TAM, SAM, and SOM down to a customer level in Enterprise, Hyperscale/Cloud, and Channel markets in Asia.
Establish strong personal contacts with customers and business partners.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and align Micron's product portfolio with their roadmap.
Collaborate with internal support teams (technical, business service, quality, etc.) to meet customers’ requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
Understand current and future trends in the Datacenter computing/storage market and evaluate which customers/markets make commercial and economic sense for Micron to pursue

In-depth knowledge of the Asia Enterprise, Cloud, and related ODMs industry chain.Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and Senior Executive management.Demonstrated business acumen and critical thinking skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple locations.Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.Familiarity with the memory industry and 5+ years of industry-related Sales or Marketing work experience with a proven track record.Technical or business education background.Self-motivated and tenacious personality.Bilingual ability: English and Chinese.
