Category Optimization: Lead the optimization of product categories through effective assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Planogramming: Utilize advanced planogramming techniques to maximize product visibility, enhance customer experience, and drive sales across various channels. Experience with tools like Hoffrogge, JDA/Blue Yonder, Nexgen and Spaceman Pro is a plus
Omni-Channel Sales: Develop A/B Testing, measure merchandising performance in control groups and provide performance mgmt in omni-channel activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and IT, to ensure alignment of sales operations initiatives with overall business strategies and objectives.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales operations. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance, monitor progress, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing GBS team of analysts, data scientists, and sales operations professionals. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales & marketing leaders, regional teams, and functional heads, as well as external partners, vendors, and industry experts. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and data privacy requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales operations and sales intelligence activities to protect the integrity and reputation of the organization.
