Identifying opportunities to improvise on various processes and operations involved in Adhere to legal customs and financial principles of an organization.
Maintain the legal registers about the members, charges of the company, secretary and directors.
Filing revised Memorandum as well as Articles of Association, resignation and discharge of directors, return of allotments, appointment notices, and lastly change in registered office in agreement with the companies’ act.
Publicizing the companies account as well as the annual reports.
Issue compliance reports and other provisions as may be required by the Companies Act.
Prepare annual budget for Finance & Accounts, in consultation with manager finance and manager accounts and monitor the expenses on Bi – monthly basis.
Developing, organising and conducting annual budgeting exercise.
Devise, Obtain, Analyse and consolidate capital / revenue project expenditure proposals sub-mitted by functional heads, make observations and suggestion and submit to MD.
Provide inputs to other functional head in terms of cost benefit analysis for their respective plans.
Formulating and implementing financial policy across Liebherr
Develop & document standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for finance activities to ensure efficient day to day working of the department.
Monitor changes in economy, industry, government regulations and Liebherr policies affecting the company’s finance and accounting practices, assess the implications and develop / modify procedures and controls to ably respond to the situation
