Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and attend to visitors, managing supplier access.
  2. Offer efficient telephone and in-person service, ensuring proper distribution and resolution of inquiries.
  3. Coordinate the sending and distribution of internal and external correspondence.
  4. Assist the company CEO.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, transfers, and hotel reservations.
  6. Organize meeting rooms and video conferences (Webex).
  7. Manage purchase orders, payment follow-ups, and budget control.
  8. Arrange breakfasts, lunches, and snacks (as needed) and coordinate catering services.
  9. Monitor office supply stocks and place orders to ensure adequate availability.
  10. Act as the main point of contact for queries, providing effective solutions.
  11. Deliver a friendly and professional service that reflects our values ​​of customer satisfaction.

  • Heigher Secondary
Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in similar roles. Advanced level of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Experience in budget control (desirable). Familiarity with management programs such as CRM, Oracle, SAP (desirable).
