Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Present products/services to prospective clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by offering additional products/services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs to recommend appropriate products/services.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Work with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and campaigns tailored to specific markets or segments.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales volume, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the management team.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings.
Work closely with other sales team members to share best practices and optimize processes.
Sales Administration:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
Ensure all sales documentation and reporting are up to date.
