Open and close reception front desk (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Provides assistance to the office manager for ordering supplies and facilities related requests
Act as a "go to" point of contact for clients and guest
Answer incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate parties
Answer emails regarding facilities and needs of the office
Monitoring front reception area
Reserving visitor offices and overseeing communal office and meeting spaces
Reserve conference rooms and coordinate with external catering companies to provide catering for meetings
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for professionals i.e. book travel, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports, assist in creating binders, and other general administrative needs.
Register professionals for conferences and networking events
Other ad hoc requests as needed
