Develop and refine skincare product concepts in alignment with brand strategy.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends in order to create a line of product/s to launch for specific brand/s.
Design and test product prototypes, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Leads research and development of products in collaboration with manufacturers together with the marketing team to bring products from concept to market.
Oversee product testing, validation, and regulatory compliance.
Create product strategies that leverage the platform’s strengths and align with industry trends; while performing feasibility studies to ensure they meet expansion objectives.
Direct thorough analysis of product requirements, design prototypes, manage design reviews, and ensure the delivery and validation of high-quality products.
Serves as Project Organizer, communicating and collaborating with concerned departments
Support the Brand Team with insights from product trends to meet the Marketing team’s objective
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
Perform services for Biocosotech Philppines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

Excellent knowledge ofMS Office especially Advanced ExcelCandidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or any related course.Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in skincare or cosmetics product development.Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and formulations.Excellent project management and communication skills. and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
