Job Responsibilities

1. Conducts program planning, and development and establishes goals and objectives for the program, including defining quality standards and developing work plans for meeting program deliverables.
    
2. Manages the development, administration, monitoring, and evaluation of all program updates, and achievements including the preparation of guidelines, standards, and work plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
    
3. Manages and assures completion of program assessments, problem list arrival, Planning specific goals, Timely implementations, and periodical monitoring of the Rehabilitation executives.
    
4. Conduct periodical assessments and reassessments to validate the work efficiency in the community.
    
5. Responsible to develop performance measures and the design and implementation of monitoring systems, quality assurance, and project evaluation activities, including measurement of patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and health system impact.
    
6. Manages the development, design, and implementation of evaluation activities to monitor program outcomes, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and system impact. Oversees the analysis of program data and development of program reports including findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
