The Personal Secretary is the individual who receives and deals with correspondence and phone calls from clients and other departments (departments such as HR, Finance etc.). Candidate will be a member of our company to handle correspondence and related tasks on an individual basis. The Personal Secretary will also be responsible for managing a team of such secretaries. They are typically responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, controlling access to the boss/president, booking travel and making other administrative tasks possible.Personal Secretaries play a vital role in a company.
He/She performs a wide range of duties ranging from entering and copying data into compact disc or other storage devices for backups to creating spreadsheets to delivering legal documents such as wills and legal agreements on paper. Personal secretaries are a specialist class of employees who also deal with personal correspondence and other urgent business correspondence sent by either employers or clients. They manage documents and files by converting them into an electronic format, preparing disseminated documents and remitting correspondence. It is their job to store and forward correspondence from clients such as clients, suppliers and even vendors that have business before the company.
Responsible for keeping important documents such as corporate minutes, operating procedures and to keep things organized also.
Primary duties of personal secretaries are to keep the personal office running smoothly by handling all correspondence.
Handling social media accounts related to the company.
Scheduling business appointments such as office Skype calls with clients or any face-to-face meetings.
To follow up on any concerns related to the employer or the company.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of a company and facilitates communication between management and employees.
Will be responsible for making sure that the office space is clean, storing office documents and files.
Other than that, greeting clients and working other employees to complete tasks such as gathering and collating data in database systems.
Handling a large amount of personal data to your employer on a regular basis. This includes tax return information, invoices, pay slips and other basic information
