Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily operations and logistics, ensuring all ration supplies are packed, arranged, and dispatched according to client requirements.
2. Oversee a fleet of five trucks, managing routes, schedules, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery for government tenders.
3. Understand the nature of our products to ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation, minimizing waste and ensuring quality.
4. Work closely with suppliers and team members to maintain inventory levels, monitor quality, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in transit or delivery.
5. Support our mini-market operations by managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Take charge of operational planning, implementing strategies for efficiency, and identifying areas for process improvements.

Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a relevant operational role, preferably in food distribution or F&B sectors. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil & moderate in bahasa and English. Proficiency in inventory management and logistics coordination. Physical Requirements: Fit and willing to travel as needed for on-site operational support. Highly disciplined, loyal, and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision and handling multiple tasks. Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members.
