Job Responsibilities

Ø Oversee all facets of MICE (Meetings,Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations, including organizing leisuregroup arrangements and preparing RFPs.

Ø Able to Identify sales opportunities throughnetworking, relationship-building, and conducting outdoor activities.

Ø Establish and maintain a corporate database,driving lead generation and facilitating deal closures with necessarydocumentation.

Ø Ensure quality assurance and actively engage incustomer service initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ø Attain sales targets by acquiring new clientsand expanding business with existing ones.

Ø Identify and approach potential corporateclients for MICE events, conferences, and meetings.

Ø Exceptional communication, negotiation, andpresentation abilities.

Ø Negotiate terms and pricing agreements withclients to optimize revenue and profitability.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams todevelop tailored MICE solutions that meet client objectives.

Ø Deep understanding of MICE market trends,industry best practices, and competitor landscape.
