Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representative. Guiding team's individual towards achieving growth mindset and success.
  2. Establishing strong relationship internally with all key functional teams, (like Design-in SE, Customer service, sales operation, Planning and plant team) and external (pointed customers procurement or commercial team...)
  3. Lead the SDR team to proactively identify key components for both new and old project, measure it against our capacity loading and put in place adequate forecast in our GSOP system.
  4. Maintain Salesforce opportunities once transferred from design-in team(P2).
  5. When encounter customer sudden demand ramp. Need to work closely with plant as well as other external sources like other distributors support customers production.
  6. Enforce effective governance SPA to prevent price abuse from distributors to protect Molex profit.
  7. Regular reviews with the team to ensure individual performance and aligning to company transformation, vision & strategy. Promoting and exercising PBM guiding principles and cultures.
  8. Work with customers to have full understanding of our price and share position against competitors. Work with BU to improve our share position in view of maximizing our profit.
  9. Visit customer as and when needed to build relationships. Obtain customers' key new projects way in advance so that we can stay ahead of competition.
  10. Has full understanding of TAM, SAM and market share among all players.
  11. Work with other team members on allocation if we have major supply issues.
  12. Understand our capacity constraints, work with other team members to justify adding if needed to.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple locations. This role would support TW Sales team for fulfillment business and know well our ODM customers. At Molex, our daily communication is English based, so we are looking for talent with fluence English verbally as well for writing.
