Proactively coordinate, create, and maintain content for all digital platforms ensuring that content is continuously fresh and engaging and adheres to brand guidelines.
Produce and post high-quality video content in a timely manner.
Shoot professional quality photographs for online and print.
Develop a social media calendar and plan, as an extension of the overall SMH strategic marketing plan, to maximize engagement with constituents of the hospital, its centers, and physician practices.
Monitor online reputation and respond to patient comments with established HIPPA-compliant replies.
Manage online registration for events.
Manage audiovisual needs of speakers before and during events.
Monitor and research online communication trends and innovations in order to recommend additional online solutions for optimizing community engagement.
Provide monthly reports of online metrics, insight analysis, and analytics for each platform with analysis of the data gathered to guide how to proceed.
Assist department director in achieving marketing and community relations objectives, contributing ideas and concepts to support initiatives and advance marketing efforts.
Support director with editing, proofreading, etc.
Comply with hospital and departmental policies, procedures, regulations, and standards as related to job.
Demonstrate SMH’s stated mission and values of kindness, collaboration, patient-family centeredness, safety, excellence, efficiency, and professionalism.
Meet department customer service standards and strive to enhance the level of customer service provided.

Excellent verbal and writing Skills.experience in digital marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their strengths and possibilities.Experience tracking online marketing efforts and effectiveness of website and social media content.Motivated, results/detail-oriented, able to work independently and as a team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
