Execute marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness- project intake, creative briefs, kick-off &/or recurring status meetings, feedback & approval process, project delivery, post-mortems, and reporting key metrics.
Technology Implementation:
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the department to implement marketing technology tools focusing on project management to support the firm's marketing initiatives (covers project, financial, time & resource management), with a strong understand of the intersection the MarTech stack – CRM (Interaction), Concep, Adobe suite, along with other project management and digital marketing tools.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, branding, and print initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
Facilitate strategy calls across departments.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for various marketing projects and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all team members and stakeholders are updated on project timelines, changes, and deliverables through regular communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may arise during the execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaboration And Training:
Foster collaboration between marketing and other professional business departments to achieve shared goals.
Coordinate with attorneys (if necessary), business professionals, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments involved in marketing initiatives.
Provide training and support to marketing team members on the effective use of marketing technologies and tools.
Reporting And Data Analytics:
Identify KPIs and analyze data to optimize marketing strategies, tactics, and spend.
Develop and maintain regular reports on marketing results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
