Assist National Sales Manager in developing learning strategies and core curriculum.
Identifying common training needs, designing and implementing (either as lead/ support) product knowledge & functional trainings for the success of the Department.
Deliver training and refreshment session , and quality monitoring program to field force to enhance sales force capabilities
Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials to ensure high-quality.
Deliver and monitor the implementation of competency frameworks, ensuring timely completion.
Providing proposal on the development support and advise on People promotion, rotation and relocation proposal, develop proper assessment on the process.

Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.Coordination, teamwork, self-starter with excellent project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProvide timely resolution and responsivenessExperience in training, development or similar roles.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Native Vietnamese speaker with good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
