Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Manage and optimize marketing channels, including email, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and drive revenue.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.

Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Good communication skills. Effective planning, time management, and multitasking abilities Experience in demand generation or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and SEM. Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Knowledge of HubSpot and Google Ads is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
