Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence of potential transactions, valuation, transaction documentation and risk assessment.
Maintain statutory records and registers and ensure that they are accurate and up to date.
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns and documents.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, funding agreements, and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance departments, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, investment bankers, legal advisors, and other professionals.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Successfully completed BSc in Law or Juris Doctor degree,Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage .Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsExcellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc.Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment.Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
