Working with customers, builders, and designers in the showroom setting to select lighting.
Putting orders into the system in a timely manner so that product gets ordered.
Building any lighting packages for builders through Excel, Power Point, or other Word-based platform.
Answering phones.
Communicate with outside support team on what is needed from them for your builder jobs.
Communicate with builder on any issues or delivery dates for lighting packages.
Communicate with warehouse for scheduling all services and deliveries.
Maintain your sales orders in the system and keep builder and or customer up to date on order.
Follow up on back orders and arrange for delivery and or services when product arrives.
Keep up with showroom traffic each day with CRM system.
Obtain Lighting Specialist title, through ALA training online classes. Provided at no cost to you during working hours.
Doing whatever else is needed in the showroom or office.

Excellent verbal and writing Skills.Good Research Capability.Hands on experience with Google Ads and Social Media lead generation.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.The individual should be able to multi-task and handle multiple activities at a timeThe individual should be a quick learner, diligent and efficient in timely completion of tasks assignedHave proven success in media sales.
