Job Context


Job Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process.
  2. Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
  3. Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
  4. Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills required.
  6. Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
  7. Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
  8. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  9. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  10. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
  11. Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

  • Bachelor/Honors
Skills
  • Preferred experience working in support roles, ideally in Travel adminstration Fair understanding of the elements that constitute a holiday package. Freshers from travel domain with good communication skills. Freshers with good communication skills will work candidates will work.
