Job Responsibilities

Assist carpenters in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials following provided blueprints and specifications.

Operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and measuring equipment, safely and efficiently.

Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding.

Help with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, organizing tools and materials, and setting up scaffolding.

Learn and apply proper techniques for framing and finishing carpentry.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company and industry safety guidelines.

Follow instructions from experienced tradesmen and ask questions to clarify tasks and gain knowledge.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Continuously develop skills and knowledge by actively participating in training programs and on the job certification classes.

Uphold high standards of professionalism, work ethic, and integrity while representing the company.
