Assist in planning the PR and advertising operations to enhance the image of the Centre(Mall) by ensuring regular advertising using all possible media as well as good coverage of various events/ occasions/ initiatives, etc
Manage events planning by giving ideas for events to be conducted, evaluate the ideas with the Manager on various parameters of budget required, PR mileage, terms of sponsorship and execution
Identifying the event execution/ management, creative agency, online advertising agency etc. and support the Managers in empanelment of the same
Monitor all the activities of the agency on a regular basis to track their activities and adherence to the timelines
Effective use of various social networking sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) maintaining a connect with select target audience and for promotion of various initiatives of the Centre
Support the marketing branding efforts for specified number of retailers and also support the smooth execution of the retailer events
Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms.
To proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall.
To manage and supervise Digital Service Advocates.

Skills
Excellent verbal and writing Skills.Good Research Capability.Ability to design social media post/flyer on designing tools like: Canva, Photoshop etc.Hands on experience with Google Ads and Social Media lead generation.Prior experience of social media posting on platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Quora is preferred.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
