Job Responsibilities

· Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing day-to-day farm operations, including crop cultivation, harvesting, and      livestock management (if applicable).

· Supervise and guide farm workers, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and according to schedule.

· Monitor and report on farm productivity, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in implementing  solutions.

· Assist with the management of farm resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory.

· Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

· Help maintain farm records, reports, and financial documents, assisting in budgeting and resource allocation.

· Provide training and support to new farm staff and workers.

• 1 - 2 years

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors

Skills

• Relevant experience in agriculture or farm management. Experience in livestock farming is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and train staff. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Workdays: 6 days a week.
